Introducing the New Release
We have released Mg 0.4.3 in our site on a pay-as-you-like basis.
This release primarily focuses on maintenance, updating the SysMLv2 Pilot Implementation to its latest version as of 2024-03 (0.40). This update addresses numerous issues, including a critical one related to UTF-8 file handling. Additionally, it introduces a significant feature: integration with jupyterlab-git.
Embrace jupyterlab-git
Some of the SysMLv2 practitioners have recognized the benefits of text-based modeling, and git is almost the de-facto standard infrastructure for concurrent and distributed version management. As a result, we have decided to include jupyterlab-git as a default feature in the Mg environment, a move that has already significantly boosted our productivity.
If you have not yet installed git in your environment, we recommend to install git for windows, and jupyterlab-git would use git and ssh commands when they are ready in your environment.
Please note an important limitation: the current directory of Mg must be the top directory of git, where the .git folder is located. For more details, please refer to the manual.
