Highlights of the Mg 0.5.1 Release
We are pleased to announce the release of Mg 0.5.1, which now supports the latest Pilot Implementation of SysML v2 (version 0.4.8, also known as 2025-02). This version includes the significant updates from the SysML v2 standard, such as flows, variable and constant features, send and accept action notations, and constructor expressions. To keep pace with these important developments, we are releasing this version as a key milestone toward alignment with the final SysML v2 standard.
As part of this release, we’ve introduced several enhancements including a new Mg Help page (accessible from the JupyterLab Launcher), an outline view aligned with the abstract syntax tree, and a number of minor bug fixes.
This version also brings early-stage support in MgS for updating SysML models based on changes made in Simulink. In addition, it includes various bug fixes and stability improvements compared to the previous release.
Looking Ahead
Our next major goal is to enable integration with DOORS NG, aiming to enhance requirements traceability and automate workflows.
We appreciate your continued support.
